Welcome to PharmaBandhu, a B2B pharmaceutical networking platform operated by Kakshlink Innovation ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PharmaBandhu mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

PharmaBandhu is a digital B2B platform designed exclusively for India's pharmaceutical industry. Our Platform connects:

• Stockists — pharmaceutical distributors who maintain brand portfolios and supply to retailers
• Retailers — licensed pharmacies and medical shops that purchase from stockists
• Administrators — authorised personnel who manage and verify platform users and content

PharmaBandhu acts solely as a networking intermediary and does not participate in, facilitate, or take responsibility for any actual transactions, supply agreements, or commercial dealings between users.

person_check3. Eligibility & Registration

To use PharmaBandhu, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed business entity in the pharmaceutical sector (stockist, retailer, or distributor)
• Hold a valid Drug License issued by the competent authority in India
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as required

We reserve the right to verify your credentials, request additional documentation, and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements or fail verification.

manage_accounts4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on PharmaBandhu, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately at kakshlink2025@gmail.com of any unauthorised access
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Each account is for the exclusive use of one business entity. Creating multiple accounts for the same business entity is prohibited without prior written consent from us.

block5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PharmaBandhu to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent business information or drug license details
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Engage in any unlawful activity, including the trading of controlled substances without proper licensing
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorised to access
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without written permission
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian laws, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940
• Engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or abusive behaviour toward other users
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features of the Platform

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.

verified6. Verification & Content Accuracy

PharmaBandhu makes reasonable efforts to verify user credentials, including drug license numbers. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted information.

All brand listings, company profiles, stockist portfolios, and retailer information are submitted by users and are the sole responsibility of the submitting user. PharmaBandhu is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

payments7. Fees & Payment

PharmaBandhu is currently offered as a free service to all registered stockists and retailers. There are no subscription fees, listing charges, or hidden costs associated with using the core features of the Platform.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or premium plans in the future. Any changes to our fee structure will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance via in-app notifications or email.

PharmaBandhu does not process any payments between buyers and sellers. All financial transactions occur directly between users outside the Platform.

link_off8. Platform Role & Disclaimer

PharmaBandhu is a networking and discovery platform only. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or dealing between stockists and retailers that may arise from connections made on the Platform.

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any pharmaceutical products listed or discussed on the Platform
• We do not endorse any particular user, brand, or business entity
• We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from business interactions facilitated through the Platform
• Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940, and GST regulations

copyright9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PharmaBandhu Platform — including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, software, and the underlying technology — is the exclusive property of Kakshlink Innovation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the application
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

privacy_tip10. Privacy & Data

Your use of PharmaBandhu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect and process business-related information including your name, mobile number, drug license number, and business details for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time.

shield11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kakshlink Innovation shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account
• Content or conduct of third parties on the Platform

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

balance12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

update13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered users via in-app notification or email
• Provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect

Your continued use of PharmaBandhu after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

cancel14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the app or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your drug license expires, is suspended, or cancelled
• We reasonably believe your use of the Platform is causing harm to other users or third parties
• Required by applicable law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) shall survive.
